Due to Reach, you have access to the open list of publishers, where you can choose the one you would like to work with. If you think, a certain publisher suits your requirements, you can offer a partnership in terms of a particular campaign. Thus, the publisher is able to send clicks to your tracking URL of the campaign.
Before you begin
Invite a publisher for a campaign
Click Publishers in the side menu.
Open the Explore tab. You see the list of publishers you've never worked with.
Optional. Click the publisher's name to open his profile and know more about traffic he provides.
Select the publisher you want to work with. Click the icon to open a drop-down menu.
Click Offer partnership. A window appears.
Start typing the campaign's title which you want to invite the publisher to in the Campaign field.
Select the needed campaign.
Optional. Write a note for a publisher in the Description field.
Click Offer partnership. A window with legal terms and conditions appears.
Read the full document. Click Confirm if you agree with all terms and conditions.
Click Tickets section in the side menu to make sure the invitation was sent. The list of tickets appears. The upper ticket is the campaign invitation you sent to your publisher.
