A postback URL is a link you use to get conversion info from Reach. On the log page, you can find detailed information about the postback URLs, such as click and conversion IDs, postback and conversion statuses, and so on.

If integration is correctly set up, the postback has the Successful status. If something is wrong, the system shows an error. The postback with an error has the Declined status.

Postback log is located here: Logs > Postback log.

where:

  • Date: date and time of a postback receiving.

  • Advertiser: the name of the advertiser.

  • Campaign: a campaign title and ID.

  • Postback URL: the postback link.

  • Click ID: an ID of a click, which the system registered.

  • Status: postback status.

  • Conversion status: conversion status.

  • Conversion ID: a conversion ID.

  • Goal title: the title of the goal.

  • Payout: amount of money per a conversion and currency. Read more about payouts.
