On Reach, you can build your Brand ambassador program using the referral widget, which is an indispensable backbone of any referral marketing program. The referral widget is your loyal companion on the journey to customer acquisition and brand advocacy, whether you’re an ecommerce brand or a B2B SaaS.

Referral widget

Referral widget is the digital channel through which customers seamlessly enroll in your referral marketing program. This widget serves as the gateway for individuals to express their loyalty and actively participate in your brand's growth by sharing it with their network.

A referral widget is the pop-up on your website. It allows customers to sign up for your referral program and share the link with their friends. This pop-up includes the HTML code used to embed the program on your website. Your customers can effortlessly share your brand with their network, significantly increasing the likelihood that these referred friends not only become new customers but also remain loyal due to the inherent trust in recommendations from their peers.

On Reach, to work with a referral program, advertisers need to add a referral widget.

Add a widget

To add a widget, do the following:

  1. Go to the Widgets section and click Create widget.

  2. In the appeared pop-up, fill in the following fields:

    where:

    • Name: enter the name of the widger.

    • Campaign: select the needed campaign.

    • Payout: select the needed payout.

  3. Click Generate Code.

The system generates JS code for this widget. You can edit this code if needed.

You need to copy this code and place it on your website.

The system adds the widget to the Widgets list:

Statistics

On Reach, you can view statistics on referral widgets. For that, go to Statistics > Widgets:
