Add a custom invoice (advertisers)

On Reach, you can create a custom invoice for publishers to pay them for the performance or other activities, both within your campaign or outside the platform. With custom invoices, you can stimulate partners and get the huge number of clicks and conversions by paying on pre-agree click bonuses.

This feature allows you to create partner payments manually. You can use it when Reach didn't track a conversion, but you have it in your system. It also helps deal with the partners who work on fixed payments only.

Before you begin

Add a custom invoice

To add a custom invoice, do the following:

  1. Go to Payments > Invoices > Add custom invoice.

  2. In the Publisher drop-down list, select the publisher you want to reward.

πŸ”Ž You can select only the publisher with the Active status.

3. In the Campaign drop-down list, select the campaign which the publisher works with.

πŸ”Ž You can select the campaign with the Public/Private privacy levels and with the Active/Paused statuses.

4. In the Invoice sum field, enter the reward sum in USD.

5. In the Comment field, enter the note about this reward (e.g., the reason, why the publisher gets it).

6. Optional. If you need to add more than one payout, click the Add payout button.

7. Click Add invoice.

8. Click Yes, add invoice.

After that, the system adds this invoice to the invoice list with the New status. The system adds the invoice to the receipt by the end of the month.
