You can edit the following information about a conversion: a status and payout sum. Your publishers see all changes on their statistics on conversions, so you can leave an explanation, why you edited information, in a comment. You can change the conversion status as many times as you want, however, there are several limits and peculiarities.
Before you begin
Edit a conversion
Click Statistics in the side menu.
Click Conversions in the statistics menu.
Choose the conversion you want to edit and do one of the following things:
Click the conversion ID.
Click the action icon:
Do one of the following things:
Click Change status to edit the conversion status.
Click Change payout sum. Proceed to step 8. You can change the conversion payout only if it has any status except Approved.
Click Add comment to add a comment visible to publishers.
Click Add note to add a note visible to you and your company members only.
Select the new status in the Status drop-down menu. Possible options depend on an initial status:
Approved → no options available.
Hold → Approved, Rejected, Hold.
Pending → Approved, Rejected, Hold.
Rejected → Approved.
Type a comment in the Comment field. You can leave the field blank if you change status to Approved, Pending, or Hold.
Click Change.
Type a new payout sum in the Value field.
Click Change.
The system requires a while to edit the conversion, it doesn't change immediately.
