In the campaign, you can set up a goal: a target action, which you want an end-user to perform on the target page. Reach provides an opportunity to choose the type of the action, create a description and to define a certain value you want to track.
Creating a goal is a mandatory step in creating a campaign. Otherwise, you can't make it active.
Before you begin
Create a goal
Click Campaigns in the side menu.
Open the campaign where you want to add a goal.
Go to the Goals tab.
Click Add new goal. A window appears.
Select an action type in the drop-down list:
Install
Lead
Purchase
Deposit
Sign up
Download
Call
Subscription
Other
Type the goal title. You can't use the same title for different goals. Reach doesn't use a goal title in the tracking process.
Type the description. Reach provides prepared descriptions for each of action types, except Other, but you can type another value.
Indicate the goal value. Reach uses a goal value in the tracking process.
Click Add goal.
You can't add several goals with the same goal value within one campaign.
