An invoice is a request for paying, which your publishers make. Invoice statuses allow understanding whether you're going to pay for conversions included in an invoice and whether it is time to pay for them.
Invoice statuses
Status | Description | Included to Receipt |
Approved | You will pay for all conversions included to the invoice. | No |
New | The system just created the invoice. You neither approved, nor rejected it yet. | No |
Paid | You paid the whole sum for all conversions included to the invoice. | Yes |
Receipt | Affise requests you to pay for conversions included to the invoice. You have 14 days to pay. | Yes |
Rejected | You won't pay for all conversions included to the invoice. | No |
