In your profile, you can set up personal information, add information about your company, verticals and traffic sources, adjust region settings, add payment details, add a postback link, and so on.
Before you begin
Set up a profile
Click your name in the right upper corner and select Profile settings.
The window with tabs appears.
Personal data
Click a photo icon and upload a photo from your device.
Optional. Type another name or surname in the relevant fields. Reach takes this information on the registration stage.
Click Add new contact to add contacts. Select one or more options:
Facebook
Telegram
Viber
Whatsapp
Skype
Webchat
Insert your contact in the relevant field.
Click Save changes.
Account & company
Click a photo icon and upload a logo of your company from your device.
Fill in the following fields. Information is visible to an advertiser:
Account type
Business type
Optional. Website
Country
Optional. Address
Optional. Phone number
Optional. Add a description of your company. The description is visible to an advertiser.
Click Save changes.
Regional settings
Select the default time zone, date format, time format, and the day which the week starts from.
Select decimal, thousands, and column separator for .CSV files you get when exporting information.
Provided traffic
Click Add new source.
In the Source drop-down list, select the needed source.
In the Link drop-down list, add the link.
In the Source description field, enter some information about your traffic channel and your audience.
Choose the number of audience that your traffic source has monthly.
Indicate verticals you work with in the Verticals drop-down list. The description is visible to an advertiser.
Indicate countries you get traffic from in the Countries drop-down list. The description is visible to an advertiser.
Optional. Indicate OSes you get traffic from in the OS drop-down list. The description is visible to an advertiser.
In the Promotion methods field, select promotion methods.
Click Add.
After completing this stage, you are to wait till your affiliate manager approves you within 72 hours. You will get a notification to your e-mail address that you used to register on Reach.
Security
Optional. Change your password if necessary:
Type your old password.
Type the new password.
Repeat the new password.
Optional. Turn on 2-factor authentication.
When changing the password, you need to meet the requirements:
8 characters minimum
one uppercase and lowercase
numeric digit
special symbol: @$!%*?&#
