In your profile, you can set up personal information, adjust general settings such as a language and time zone, and manage your security.
Before you begin
Set up a profile
Click your name in the right upper corner and select Profile settings.
βThe window with tabs appears.
Personal data
Click a photo icon and upload a photo or logo of your company from your device.
Optional. Type another name or surname in the relevant fields. Reach takes this information at the registration stage.
Click Add new contact to add contacts. Select one or more options:
Facebook
Telegram
Viber
Whatsapp
Skype
Webchat
Insert your contact in the relevant field.
Account details
Click a photo icon and upload a logo of your company from your device.
Here you can see the following fields:
Company name
Website
Country
Address
Phone number

Optional. In the About company field, add a description of your company.
Account settings
Optional. In the Currency field, select the currency. Reach uses the chosen currency for the campaign payouts and statistics.
Optional. In the Verticls field, specify verticals your company works in.
Optional. In the Timezone field, select the timezone.
Regional settings
Select the default time zone, date format, time format, and the day which the week starts from.
Select a decimal, thousands, and column separator for .CSV files you get when exporting information.
βClick Save changes.
Security
Optional. Change your password if necessary:
Optional. Turn on 2-factor authentication.
When changing the password, you need to meet the requirements:
8 characters minimum
one uppercase and lowercase
numeric digit
special symbol: @$!%*?&#
