Set up a profile

In your profile, you can set up personal information, adjust general settings such as a language and time zone, and manage your security.

Before you begin

Set up a profile

  1. Click your name in the right upper corner and select Profile settings.
    ​

  2. The window with tabs appears.

Personal data

  1. Click a photo icon and upload a photo or logo of your company from your device.

  2. Optional. Type another name or surname in the relevant fields. Reach takes this information at the registration stage.

  3. Click Add new contact to add contacts. Select one or more options:

    • Facebook

    • Telegram

    • Viber

    • Whatsapp

    • Skype

    • Webchat

  4. Insert your contact in the relevant field.

Account details

  1. Click a photo icon and upload a logo of your company from your device.

  2. Here you can see the following fields:

    1. Company name

    2. Website

    3. Country

    4. Address

    5. Phone number

  3. Optional. In the About company field, add a description of your company.

Account settings

  1. Optional. In the Currency field, select the currency. Reach uses the chosen currency for the campaign payouts and statistics.

  2. Optional. In the Verticls field, specify verticals your company works in.

  3. Optional. In the Timezone field, select the timezone.

Regional settings

  1. Select the default time zone, date format, time format, and the day which the week starts from.

  2. Select a decimal, thousands, and column separator for .CSV files you get when exporting information.

  3. Click Save changes.

Security

  1. Optional. Change your password if necessary:

    1. Type your old password.

    2. Type the new password.

    3. Repeat the new password.

  2. Optional. Turn on 2-factor authentication.

When changing the password, you need to meet the requirements:

  • 8 characters minimum

  • one uppercase and lowercase

  • numeric digit

  • special symbol: @$!%*?&#
