Tickets allow you to communicate with an advertiser. You can apply for a campaign via tickets or to ask about the next payment. Do you want to ask a question without using third-part services like an email? Use tickets on Reach and get response fast and easily.

Before you begin

Create a ticket

  1. Click Tickets in the side menu.

  2. Click Create ticket. A window appears.

  3. Select the type of matter you have in the Type drop-down list:

    • Billing issues

    • Technical issues

    • Question about the campaign

    • Other

  4. Select an advertiser you want to send a message to in the Addressed to drop-down list.

  5. Optional. Select a campaign, which your message is about, in the Related to campaign field. If in step 3 you selected the Question about the campaign option, this step is a mandatory.

  6. Type the text of your message in the Message text field.

  7. Optional. Attach a file or add an emoji to the text by clicking relevant icons in the Message text field. Supported formats are: JPG, GIF, PNG, PDF, DOC, EXCEL, CSV. Maximal size: 5 MB. You can attach only one file per message.

  8. Click Create. A new ticket appears in the tickets list.
