Withdrawal is a payment from Affise to you according to the invoice, which your advertiser received, approved and already paid. One withdrawal can include several invoices from you. Affise works with Tipalti as a payment system.

To receive money for your conversions from Affise, Affise firstly should receive money from the advertiser. You also need to create a payment account in Tipalti: do it right in your profile on Reach.

You can set the sum of money starting from which the system generates the withdrawal. Reach creates withdrawals automatically, if the sum is equal to the sum you set up.

Before you begin

Withdrawals on Reach

Invoices are located here: Payments > Withdrawals.

where:

  • ID: the ID of the withdrawal.

  • Status: the withdrawal status.

  • Invoice sum: the sum of money in USD, which is included in the withdrawal.

  • Processing fee: the fee, which Tipalti sets when creating a payment there.

  • Exchange rate: the exchange rate, which Tipalti uses when processing the payment.

  • Payment sum: the sum of money in the currency you set in the Tipalti profile, which you will receive. The processing fee is already excluded.

  • Created at: the date of the withdrawal creation.

  • Paid at: the date when Tipalti gets money from Affise.

  • Estimated receive date: the approximate date when you will receive money.

By clicking the withdrawal, you can get to the page with details:

where you can also see all the invoices included to this receipt. By clicking the invoice, you can get to the gape with invoice details.

Billing system on Reach:

  1. The system creates an invoice on the 25th of each month.

  2. The advertiser pays a receipt to Affise by the 14th of the next month.

  3. Affise confirms receiving of money.

  4. Affise sends money to Tipalti.

  5. Reach creates a withdrawal.

  6. Tipalti process the payment.

  7. Tipalti approves and proceeds with the payment. The withdrawal is paid. You receive your money.

Affise never pays you before receiving a payment for the related invoices from the advertiser. If you have questions regarding payments and money transfer, please contact your manager in Affise.

Reach creates a withdrawal automatically every Monday, but only if its sum is equal to the sum in your profile. To set up the sum, go to Profile settings > Withdrawal schedule.
