Two-factor authentication (2fa) is a way to make your account on Reach more secure. The feature suggests two steps, which you should perform to enter your account:
Entering email and password
Entering a code
When you enter email and password, and click Continue, you see a field where you need to put the code. The system sends a code to your email.

Two-factor authentication is located here: Profile > Security.
When trying to sign in, you see a form, where you should enter a code.
The email where you receive a code is the email, which you indicated when performing registration on Reach.
